Truekidz Production Director
The TrueKidz Production Director will work alongside the TrueKidz staff to lead children (6 weeks to 5th grade) to take steps to know and follow Jesus by creating and leading the production environments in TrueKidz. The director oversees the production volunteer teams, writes scripts, and is the chief creative leader for the production time in the 3K-Kindergarten, 1st-3rd grade, and 4th-5th grade areas.

Creative
- Prepare scripts each week for the three production environments alongside Orange curriculum
- Put scripts in Planning Center and update as needed throughout the week
- Update Spotify each week
- Prepare Behind the Scenes (pro-presenter & lighting) for each Sunday
- Get all materials ready for production each week for each environment- props for games, costumes, etc.
- Spend time brainstorming & creating for each series every month
- Play a large part in pushing TK creatively for all events- Family Experiences, Camps, etc.
- Create and implement all the social media content for TrueKidz
- Oversee stage design

- Send out the weekly email with the script and all the details to the production volunteer teams
- Inform, grow, and lead production volunteers across all 3 stage environments
- Be a part of meetings with the TrueKidz staff to push the vision of TrueKidz forward each week
- Schedule volunteers for Sundays

Sunday Responsibilities
- Oversee all Production Environments on Sunday mornings
- Huddle with all production volunteers before the services and offer care and prayer
- Fill in as needed on stage and behind the scenes in all TK environments during the Sunday services

Job details
- Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000
- Benefits and retirement provided
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Please make note that you do not need to have all the skills require at this time (ie. lighting, pro-presenter, etc.). Training will be available. Our desire is to find someone creative and eager to learn new skills!
