Coping with Depression

Just behind the global pandemic happening, another pandemic rages – the mental and emotional health pandemic. Public health challenges, economic strain, social tension, and political division have led to increased anxiety, depression, addiction, and isolation for many. Yet the message of Christ and His Church is that we are not alone. As we open our hearts to the truths of scripture we can find freedom, hope, comfort, and peace in the storm.
