What Is Your Next Step?
Last Sunday, we were reminded that Paul said, “For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago” (Ephesians 2:10). We are a masterpiece in the making. And not just any masterpiece. His masterpiece. By His grace He is transforming us from what we used to be to who He made us to be.
The path of transformation in our life will always involve next steps of obedience by faith. Because “without faith it is impossible to please God” (Hebrews 11:6). We had the incredible joy of seeing 58 people take a next step of faith by publicly declaring their desire to follow Jesus through baptism last Sunday!!! It was an exciting and moving day!
What next step do you need to take in your journey with Jesus? Next steps of obedience call us out of our comfort zone inviting us to experience more of Jesus and His abundance for the life and dreams He has for us. But you have to take the next step!
You may need to declare your faith in Christ. Pursue Christ daily in chair time. Join a small group. Lead a small group, or step out and serve the body of Christ somewhere. Maybe you need to forgive someone who has hurt you or apologize to someone you’ve hurt. God might be calling you to a new vocation, inviting you to serve your neighbor or give generously to a cause. God is ready to bless you, but He won’t take the next step for you. What are you waiting for? I believe God’s best for you is on the other side of your next step.
This Sunday we conclude our life-changing series WE BELIEVE. It’s going to be a BIG DAY that could change your life! Bring a friend, co-worker, or family member with you. God is moving and changing lives! I can’t wait to be in His presence with you this weekend at TrueNorth!

TrueKidz is open for ALL kids ages 6 weeks - 5th Grade
TrueKidz exists to connect kids of all ages (6 weeks to 5th grade) to know and follow Jesus on their level with fun, energy, and creativity! We have teams of volunteers who are passionate about building relationships with every child so they can experience the love of God in an encouraging and safe environment.
We would love your child to join us, so they can experience God’s Word in a relevant way, and not be a distraction to others in service.

First Impressions
Sundays | 9am & 11am
- Parking Team - Assist with traffic flow on Sunday mornings & other events when needed
- Transportation Team - Assist with golf cart transportation in the parking lot
- Welcome Team - First touch point for first time guests. Assist with parking and accompanying them to campus to get them to the right place
- Greeting Team - Greet guests and regulars at the doors and as they make their way on campus
- Connect Team - Our resource hub for all campus ministries for first time guests and regulars
- Coffee Bar Team - Our in house baristas! Make and serve hot and cold lattes in our MPB
- Host Team - Assist with auditorium and theater seating on Sunday mornings
- Hospitality Team - Maintain the side coffee carts with drip coffee & spa water
- Merchandise Team - Occasional church merch, bibles, and Christ-centered books
- Call Team - Contact our new guests who submit a Connection Card
- Medical Team - On call during Sunday services & events in case of emergency

Monday - Friday | 9am - 4pm
Support TNC behind-the-scenes in ways that may not be seen, but would be missed if they didn’t exist! You’ll work with our maintenance team throughout the week, Monday - Friday between 9am - 4pm.

The Production Team exists to help create an environment where people can encounter Jesus without distraction. Whether you're operating a camera, running lights, serving backstage, or managing computers, every role plays a part in leading people into a passionate relationship with Jesus. No matter your experience level, there's a place for you to use your gifts, grow in community, and make an eternal impact.

- First Impressions Volunteer - Greet each family in a friendly manner and check-in the children.
- BabyWorks Volunteer - play with and be attentive to the children, watch the Bible story and complete the provided craft (for the older rooms), change diapers and take kids to the restroom (adult females only) as necessary, and help clean the room after service
KidsWorks (3K - 5K)
- First Impressions Volunteer - Greet each family in a friendly manner and check-in the children.
- Small Group Leader - Guide the Bible lesson by reading through the lesson, asking discussion questions, and ensuring they understand the bottom line. Engage in free play and/or help with a smooth checkout process, then help with clean up after service.
- Production Volunteer - Be a part of creating a warm large-group environment to teach the children the Bible through worship, skits, and games!
- On stage actor
- Behind the scenes (lights, sound, etc)
